How to read this dashboard

What is official

• Health facility names, MFL UIDs, and administrative hierarchy (region, district, DLG or municipality, subcounty) from Uganda's National Health Facility Registry.
• Exactly 8,627 official facility identities in the certified release.

Official facility records do not include coordinates, level of care, ownership, authority, operating status, approved posts, or staffing norms in this NHFR snapshot. Those fields are shown as not supplied. They are never filled in from an older register or guessed from a name.

What is demonstration only

• Every nurse, midwife, licence, posting, vacancy and staffing count.
• The workforce ribbon, trend charts, choropleth shading, and facility assignment figures.
• The named-person check at /verify/.

Do not use demonstration figures for hiring, inspection, or official statistics. They are synthetic/modelled test records so the Council can review the board before a live extract is authorised.

Privacy

Public counts below five are withheld. A small district or facility figure split by sex, age and cadre can identify a person. District and facility public figures update on a fixed delay for the same reason; national and regional figures update immediately.

National, region and district reports publish profession, sex, qualification, age and cadre under that rule. Public facility pages stop at nurse/midwife/other totals. Authorised users can open the restricted facility roster for the need-to-know detail.

The map

District colours show demonstration workforce totals, not an official posting extract. Facility pins are a separately governed location overlay keyed only by exact MFL UID. They are not NHFR coordinates. Facilities without reviewed evidence stay unmapped and are tracked for follow-up in the authenticated administration workspace.
